Business Plan
I plan to grow into a home health/hospice agency in addition to the staffing agency. I would like to be able to provide all different services to those who need it. I would also like to start an Assisted Living Facility in the future as well. I started as an office assistant in 2012 when I realized I had a passion for helping those in need, not just get better health wise but feel better. I stepped up to the latter to a CNA, CMA, LPN, and now RN. I have been a Director of Nursing for over a year. My mother is a RN as well and my sister is a Family Nurse Practitioner. We want to branch into a home health and hospice together, in the future. I have started my business from the ground up so far, slowly putting/getting everything together. I am ready and dedicated to step to the next level.

Cascade Health Services - has been in operation for many years and also has numerous employers. Truecare Nursing Services LLC - started as a small business and progressed. They also have multiple employees and multiple facilities. Our company is a family oriented and operated business. Our hiring process is very extensive as we require multiple references and numerous interviews. We are a small business starting but we have a dependable and trustworthy management team that will not only lead by example but assist and pick up when/where it's needed. We want our employees to feel like family as well and grow with our company. We will have a clinical educator in management that will do hands on competencies and skill check offs so that knowledge continues within the facilities. We strive to provide the highest quality of care to all residents in a facility with staffing need. Working as a Director of Nursing prior, I know what it's like having "staffing from agency in this for the money" and "staffing agency in this because they were born for this field." We will deliver the "staffing agency in this because they were born for this field." To provide the best, we have to have the best! We will be the best!
