In terms of competition, the owner feels that her strong work ethic distinguishes her from others in the area, though she acknowledges a few competitors, such as the Cuisine of the Philippines and La Garita, as well as local home cooks.
Culture Cuisine's competitive advantage lies in its diverse offerings, as it features both Filipino and Puerto Rican cuisine, unlike many competitors who focus solely on one type of cultural food. The owner is also committed to expanding their menu by perfecting dishes from additional regions.

Business Plan
Open current restaurant space in renovations. Acquire a food truck and open a second location. I am a hard working female business owner trying to build a business to support myself and my children. I am showing my children how to run a successful business and the benefits of being an entrepreneur.

Self Identified Competition
I don't feel I am in competition with anyone. I believe my work ethic will set me apart. If I had to list anyone as a competitor, I would say the Cuisine of the Philipines, La Garita and a collection of home cooks in the area. Most of my competitors only sell culture food from a specific region. All Filipino or all Puerto Rican foods. I serve both Filipino and Puerto Rican cuisine and am working on perfecting entrees from other areas as well.
