Most of the properties require a earnest money deposit or my hard money lenders require at least 25% down of the property including repairs. I simply do not have enough equity in my business to put that down.

I plan to grow my business exponentially in the next five years. Growing in knowledge and networking to the point where I am flipping 3-4 homes every 3 months. I am motivated to the core. I have spent hundreds of hours reading and learning the trade of the business. Countless hours at seminars. I am ready to make that leap toward a better future for me and my family.

Self Identified Competition
There are quite a few competitors with large amount of cash flow in Oklahoma. Any one of them is a top competitor. If I could name one it is Leo Kingston. He has hands everywhere with the capital to do as he wishes. I am different because of my work ethic. Most people sleep in or take the weekends off. Not me. Being in the military taught me that if you want something, work for it. Nothing comes for free and nor should you expect it. The reward comes after the work.
