In its first year, the company has achieved positive cash flow while focusing on one sector of the rental business. However, it has reached a critical point where it needs additional resources to meet growing demand. The lack of employees and inventory has forced the company to turn away potential business. The competitive landscape includes companies like Alpine Event, One Source Rental, and Baker Tent Rental. However, West Michigan Equipment Rental believes its competitive advantage lies in its strong focus on customer service, supported by 25 years of experience in sales. The company operates under the philosophy of prioritizing customer care, which has already led to numerous referrals and a solid customer base. With funding, it aims to apply its successful business model to new rental sectors, ensuring sustained growth and service excellence.
