The Cotton Babies vision is that cloth diapers would be available, accessible and affordable to anyone in the world. Research indicates that access to reusable diapering products on grocery shelves around the world may improve childhood health and nutrition as income is re-directed from disposable diapers into purchasing essentials like healthy food, utilities, and childcare. As a world-leader in diapering technology, Cotton Babies is working to reach impoverished women and infants around the world with our technology and knowledge of reusable incontinence products. Grants will be used to establish manufacturing/supply chains and distribution relationships to ensure that cloth diapers are available, accessible, and affordable to anyone everywhere in the world.

Business Plan
As a product that is already growing in then current market, we are focusing on expanding our product lines to better meet the needs of a market that has expanding needs around a COVID-19 impacted buying pattern. Our plan, going into this year, was to do that on an international scale. Cotton Babies has 17 years of experience in this market and has learned both how to succeed and how to fail. We understand China, Europe, Australia, and South America. We have built our own factories (and idled them). We know how to handle counterfeits and intellectual property. We are sophisticated in our ability to navigate many different issues. Our network is extensive and we look forward to having the cash to be able to step into what is next for the business.

Our top competitors are Chinese-made cloth diaper brands or disposable diapers: Alva Baby, Pampers, or Huggies. Cotton Babies is the sole license holder of more intellectual property in the cloth diaper space than any other company in the world. Cotton Babies is owned by the inventor of that intellectual property.
