I am hoping that the type of service I offer will bring in small businesses in the area along with individuals needing personal IT support. Also, hoping to land a small contract by word of mouth when th business is up and going. Investors should invest in me because I am passionate about what I am doing. It have take a lot of time to think about how I want to start my own business and to grow it for future IT technicians to learn from. This will be a place to learn while accomplishing a life time skill.

The top 3 competitors would be 1. STL IT Support - They support all as I do with the exception of them supporting telephone 2. Computerease IT Support of St. Louis - This company focus on security support mostly. 3. Geeks on site - Offers more support to larger comapnies, but do have some small business support I am different from these competitors as I will be personally supporting the customers with their needs. I have 20+ years in every IT field and with me handling business myself, cost will not be as high as the others as I do not have to pay anyone outside of myself. I will make support personal for my customers.
