Business Plan
The business has continued to grow through networking and word of mouth in 2020 until now. Currently the business has a great group of suppliers and a well established customer base. More customers are requesting the need for TPS to offer more commodities. I plan to grow the supplier base to be able to offer the additional commodities as they arise. By offering additional commodities, I will be able to grow the relationship with the customers and be the go-to company for most sourcing needs. I would like to have 5-10 additional representatives to take care of all the customers and maintain suppliers 2019 was start up and 2020 was hard due to the fact that customers were not allowing vendors to enter their facility. Even with this, I continued to network with new customer and vendors. I am very energetic and am determined to make this business successful. I am proud of what I have created so far.
