Business Plan
One of the ways I plan to grow the business is to eventually get a third-party vendor to handle shipping orders once the business starts growing. I want to start forming partnerships with some of the clothing vendors we use. I also want to create a strong social media presence and form partnerships with influencers on social media. As the business grows I will create great offers and bundle packages to keep repeat customers. I also want to start doing video shoots to connect to customers. I have a 9-5 and have been using my money. I will continue to work my job until the business starts to grow enough. 100% of the money will be going to the business. I'm hard-working, motivated, and driven. The business has some traction and this money will get me over the hump. I also have over 100 vendors on hand so stocking our inventory would be easy.

Love Vera veesboutique Diva Boutique Many of my competitors specialize in one area. We will cover all sizes in clothing from small, regular, and plus sizes. We get a lot of compliments from the merchandise we carry. We just need to convert those into sales. We want to become a one-stop-shop. We don't just carry clothing but also a few beauty items from lashes, to lip gloss. We want to continue that trend.
