Business Plan
We will be marketing for the first year to get our name out there, at first, we will be hosting open mic nights and eventually growing to do paid gigs for entertainment, this will bring in a crowd. additionally, we will be a coffee shop with zero alcohol becoming appealing to the sober community and teenagers that have nowhere to safely hang out. Our small-town community needs something for teens to do and a gathering spot for people to hang out at, based on our own market research Over Hypt is a much-needed spot.

Self Identified Competition
Bagery, a bagel and coffee shop open from 6am-2pm Starbucks Rise-Up- although we will be buying wholesale from Rise-Up they are still a well-known coffee spot in Easton. The Bagery will have shorter hours, as well as no entertainment and only serving breakfast. Starbucks is good for the morning rush before work coffee but no food and no entertainment. Rise-Up is a great spot but has little seating and very long wait times.
