CelticCoco Publishing, LLC | Application Preview
CelticCoco Publishing, LLC is seeking government grants to enhance its operations as a digital artist and YouTube creator. The founder offers free tutorials on platforms like YouTube and a dedicated website aimed at teaching users how to utilize digital art software. The goal is to expand the business by launching and selling a variety of merchandise, including greeting cards, bookmarks, t-shirts, mugs, and digital products such as online courses and ebooks, targeting both American and European markets.
Currently, the business faces financial constraints that prevent the creation of these products. The grant funds will be allocated for essential equipment like a computer setup, a laser printer, Cricut machine for cutting stickers, and audio-visual tools to improve the quality of YouTube tutorials. Additionally, money will cover website operational costs and necessary subscriptions for software.
The business operates solely online, utilizing social media platforms to drive traffic to its website. The founder believes that the future of commerce lies in online businesses and cites an existing follower base across multiple regions as a potential customer pool. Although there is currently no competition due to the startup's funding challenges, the owner views their dual citizenship as a competitive advantage that could access unique markets. With a growing subscriber count and established community trust, the founder is confident that once products are available, there will be considerable support from the audience.

Funding Usage
I am a digital artist and YouTube artist. (https://www.youtube.com/c/BladeQuillartacademy) I offer free tutorials on my Youtube channel and on my website (CelticCocoPublishingLLC.com), to help people learn how to use digital software, such as Krita and photoshop. My goal is to expand and start selling merchandise of my artistic creations for children, and young adults such as greeting cards, thank you cards, postcards, bookmarks, stickers, t-shirts, mugs, online courses, books and ebooks, digital templates of all kinds, and much more. I am originally from France (I have dual citizenship), and my ambition is to hit both American and European markets. However, I am not able to start creating the merchandise I have in mind, because I do not have the appropriate equipment. The grant money will help me to pay for the following: a computer, two monitors, a desk, a chair, a laser printer, paper for the laser printer and laser cartridges, sticker paper, money to pay the annual fees of a PO box, for postage and packaging. To create, print and cut the stickers, I will need a machine called Cricut explore air 2 mint. Finally, to continue my Youtube tutorial, I will need a better microphone and camera (I am currently using my phone). I will use the money also to cover the annual fees I am covering right now at loss for my website, the domains, the annual subscriptions to Office 365 Microsoft and Adobe cloud.

Business Plan
I am using my YouTube influence and activity on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Twitter to bring customers to my website. The business will strictly be online. Because online businesses are the future. Thanks to my Youtube channel, I am already having followers from the US, Europe, Canada, and Asia. My merchandise will be sold all around the world!

Self Identified Competition
Since I haven't been able to start my business because of a lack of fundings, I do not have any. I am international (French/American) and therefore, I can reach markets that others can't. My Youtube subscribers are steadily growing. I have built trust among that community. I know that when I am ready to sell online courses, ebooks, and merchandise, they will support me. Some have already asked me why I didn't sell my creations.
