Long-term aspirations include showcasing at major events like New York Fashion Week and establishing a physical boutique.

The business plan outlines a five-year growth trajectory, aiming for increased visibility and a broader client base across the U.S. Plans include building a marketing team to focus on both online and in-person outreach. Competitively, Cabrera Vargas LLC faces local designers like Charles Smith III and Memory Jora, as well as She Who IS, which already have strong followings and retail presence. The unique value proposition lies in its focus on empowering customers through clothing and a commitment to elevating diverse voices in fashion. • Funding Usage

My plan to use these funds would be to allocate them directly to my business. I would love to be able to afford higher-end materials to be able to make custom clothing with. Be able to hire my own team; Seamstress, Pattern Maker, Graphic Designer, Accountant, Intern. As well I would love to be able to purchase my own office in Downtown Dallas. I want to be able to get my business to where I can solely have this as my full-time job. Purchase newer and better sewing machines and photography equipment. Allocate money to Marketing and growing my business. Plans to be able to show in New York Fashion Week as well as Dallas Market.

  • Business Plan

I plan on growing my business in the next 5 years greatly. I plan to be have been able to show in New York Fashion Week and gain more clients around the U.S. I would love to attend networking events as well as allocate a Marketing Team to focus on online/in-person marketing. I plan to have a full/part-time staff including a seamstress, pattern maker/grader, and Assistant as well as my own office in Downtown Dallas. As well I hope to be able to open my first in-person boutique. I believe investors should invest in me because I am determined. I am determined to become a successful 1st-generation Latina and be able to help take care of my family. I think that I am a unique opportunity to invest in as I am a start-up, small business that has plans and goals to become a globally known Fashion brand. Think of Michael Kors and Tory Burch. They all started somewhere and had that one person that believed in them. They had investors who believed in their vision to become a staple name in the fashion industry and look at them today. I plan to have expanded my brand not only into clothing but into shoes, handbags, accessories, jewelry, even maybe a magazine.

  • Self Identified Competition

Charles Smith III Memory Jora She Who IS These three designers I would say are my top competitors. 2 are local Dallas designers and 1 is a Christian-based clothing line. Seeing that I have two lines one that is ready to wear and one that is a Christian-influenced casualty line, these designers have a great following and some are already in local boutiques as well have shown in Dallas Market. They target the kind of customer that I do and have been successful in what they have achieved so far. What makes me different from my competitors is that I am a heavily Latina-based fashion brand that prides itself in empowering people through my clothing. I have a strong and loud voice that is ready to make waves in the fashion industry by using my influence to make everyone who wears my clothing feel elevated. Not only do I have 2 clothing lines under my brand, but I also have plans to become a globally known fashion house. My target market from 18-35 is the perfect demographic to be able to distribute and have customers invest in my clothing, as well as become a part of the CV brand family.
