Old Style foresters that manage peoples property for years usually family friends their means of business is the good ole boy system Farmers national company a decent system established by an old forester who bottlenecked a county that made all landowners required to have a timber appraisal if they were seeking any kind of ag tax exemptions and at the time he was the only one around that is now part of farmers national company they bought him out for a large sum a couple of years ago bought all his contacts off him and future contracts Daniel Renfro 2 generation logger old associate big operation but doesn't keep it consistent and he doesn't have new age technology working for him My company Provides An easy solution to a once stressful process we work directly with the loggers so it isn't the middle man situation you have with traditional foresters we offer other services for their land and timber needs We Build relationships to harvest the land for the next generation a lot of competitors don't practice proper timber harvesting procedures and they will massively overcut properties to the point that it won't be a profitable harvest in the future
