Funding Usage
The funding that is obtained for RavenHammer LLC/ Pennamire Experience Park will be used for the startup costs, payroll, hiring of proper and qualified employees, supplies, goods, equipment, land purchase, construction, and all fees and bills of the business which will be described as NEW spin on the beloved Theme Park industry. We will introduce our guests and the nation to a “Real Living” Fantasy Experience and Immersion Park to be known as Pennamire Experience Park. This park will hold many of the beloved fantasy and lore-based creatures that can be found in books and on many of the screens we hold in our hands. Patrons will be granted access to the park where they can take their own path to have an adventure or a guided one. Using Green and ecofriendly materials as much as possible, our guests will be able to stay in accommodations that resemble the themed locations they desire to stay in within the park. We will encourage healthy activity by letting our patrons interact and participate with our actors within the realm. Our patrons will have the options to participate in climbing mountains (rock climbing), fly on broom sticks (specially made zip lining), dance with Vampires (dance lessons), Elven Canopy tours, just as an example. We will have calendar events, shows, and adventures for all ages and physical need types. To add to the experience, we will have full shops, food, craft events and rentable stalls for outside vendors so they too can sell their wares within our park. Our Patrons will even be able to join a Kingdom of their choice and participate in the main story of the park or one of several story lines that are taking place within the different locations if they so choose. All of this and so much more is what we will provide our patrons while also giving them the safest possible, cost reasonable and while making a profitable income.

Business Plan
Within the first year we plan to purchase land, design the entire layout then begin building, hiring skilled workers, and put funding into advertising of Pennamire Experience Park. We will begin construction after the acquiring of the property that we desire. Working with the architects we will take the overall layout and break it up into sections. After the first section is complete, we will open to the public. Vendor rental areas will be available within the park to being profitable income along with patron attendance. Merchandising, souvenirs, shops etc. will contribute to both cost and profit. Year two we will assess our budget and income to make improvements and adjustments to the park to maximize profits as well as begin planning expansion of the park, advertising, marketing, and online interactive role playing game development that patrons can play anywhere. However, when they come to the park, they will be able to have special interactions. Year three, expansion continued if needed and completed if not done already. We will again review and revise our budget. This is the year that we will try to increase advertisement, wider community interactions, invest in our merchandise and marketing. We will also look at adding additional attractions, experiences, and products that we can sell within out park. We will concentrate in this third year on increasing profits and making a greater budget for future years. Year four, budget will be reviewed, merchandise will be over all reevaluated as well as advertising and public relations to maximize our position within the community. Planning for the third phase park expansion will begin. More employees will be hired to accommodate patron needs and entertainment. We will offer the option to outside concert options, performers, and entertainment to use our stages and auditorium facilities to bring in patrons to the park and their use as well. If financially able we will begin construction on phase three. Year five we will review the budget as well as begin construction on phase three if not already doing so. If phase three is underway then we will work on the completion of phase three and plan for phase four. This year we will be making improvements to overall facilities, props, activities, and looking into adding more activities and entertainment improvements. Why I believe I am a good candidate to receive this funding. Having been a single mother for much of my sons lives I know what its like to struggle and try to keep children entertained. Having hardship one after the other. Then landing the love of my life only to have him cut down with a rare form of MS, and having to rehabilitate him from the ground up; I know what its like to struggle on multiple levels. How to handle pressure and get jobs done because there is no one else to do them. I've always wanted the best for my family and for others. I have always had a deep passion for fantasy, myth, magic, enchantment, call it what you will. This kind of entertainment sings through my very blood. Having grown up on fairytales, Disney movies, along with having an incredibly overactive imagination drives my passion even harder for this project. Fourteen years in theatre and musical theatre helps contribute to my skill in the theatre industry and knowledge of what is needed to be able to produce something that people can truly experience and get lost in. A place to go to forget their worries for a while and feel completely included with in an expansive fantasy realm. To bring the outdoors and physical activity to families and all peoples while helping to expand the minds of young ones with educational displays. Interaction with characters and the environment is something I am bursting at the seams to create in reality. There is so much that can be done with this concept in a profitable way. Coming from a financially poor upbringing I would have given anything to have a place like this growing up. All I had were books and movies. Like others I know I could not afford to take my family on any type of grand vacation to a Disney World/Land or Universal Studios theme park due to the financial cost of attending such places. Yet my family and I have a love of the mystical and fantastical realms that you get teased with in books, movies, and games. We have been to Renaissance festivals, Medieval Fairs, etc. and wished the experience were longer or we could stay at the place of the event with the characters. We wanted more to do than just watching incredible shows and people preform and or walk around. Patrons want more to do than just greeting beautifully dressed characters and looking at the architecture. See more than just knights of old battle in arenas for glory. There is a high demand for such places and an already established fan base, communities, and more people still with the desire and curiosity for an adventure like this on a more magical and greater scale than just the seasonal events that are scattered and difficult to sometimes attend. Now more than ever people desire a place where to they can travel, vacation, and experience more than the average Renaissance Festival or Medieval Fair. They crave a place where more than memories can be made, but dreams and creativity can be created and inspired. I have the ideas and plans to be able to give all peoples of all kinds, colors, orientations, and skill levels (mental and physical) just that. Helping me will open a new type of year round entertainment and tourism. Boost and create jobs for all types of individuals. Together we will revolutionize the tourism and entertainment industry. Self Identified Competition
The top three competitors are Evermore Park in Utah, seasonal Renaissance/ Medieval Festivals, and to a lesser degree Disney World/Land as well as Universal Studios. Evermore Park is a thirteen-acer fantasy park that in its beginning was received very well by the public. There were some major issues in its financial planning and how the owners handled themselves with contractors, actors, and big media names such as Taylor Swift. They have greatly decreased their hours of operations, activities, as well as popularity because of poor choices overall. What makes Pennamire Experience Park a better option for people over all is our attention to financial planning which will allow us to give more options to our patrons on a greater scale. We have a major desire to bring more than the “typical” fantasy creatures to life, as well as allow our patrons inclusive adventures, interactions, and activities. We will create a truly enchanting and interactive environment for all our patrons and do our absolute best to include and have something most everyone no matter their physical, mental, or most handicap abilities. We are a forward-thinking company with high values on treating all peoples with respect and dignity. The second competitor are those that are seasonal and scattered around the United States and Canada. We are aware of festivals, fairs, and reenactments that draw large crowds usually during the summer and through the beginning of fall. They are small events that use volunteers, paid casually dressed employees and are hindered usually by weather. They have themed weekends that are limited and sometimes restrict access to certain groups of people with physical disabilities depending on the landscape that the event is being held on. Restrooms are usually port-o-johns which make it difficult for people with special needs to access as well. What makes Pennamire Experience Park a better choice for our patrons and visitors is the fact that we will be a year-round entertainment choice as well as have the landscaping that can easily accommodate wheelchairs, walkers and those that have special transportation needs. There will be interactive activities and attractions for such people as well and encourage their involvement within the park. Our restrooms will be outfitted with proper facilities for persons with special needs. As a forward-thinking company and one that has a clear focus on keeping all our patrons and visitors as comfortable and safe as possible; we will construct restrooms with all peoples in mind. The traditional Men’s and Women’s restrooms of course will be on the property and include child changing tables within each as well as an area for people who need to empty their or their children’s catheter. As a sixteen-year healthcare professional I know just how much this is a need in the tourism industry when it comes to restrooms. In addition, we will have Family Restrooms and restrooms that can service our LGBTQ+ community, specifically our Transgender friends. Our third competitor is not one I consider a direct competitor, do to the fact that they are considered an amusement park overall and concentrate on the genera that Pennamire Experience Park will be completely focused on, on an exceedingly small scale in comparison. Disney World/Land along with Universal Studios are known by many as “the places” to go when it comes to wanting an enchanted experience. Or the place for “magical” happenings. The truth is though that they are so mainstream popular that the average persons and families cannot afford to attend without taking out a small loan. On top of the high prices just to attend the parks, character interactions are limited, or you must pay extra for appearances. Usually you get a wave, a hug, and not much else. Also much of the interactive enjoyment comes from animatronics that do not always work as they should which can break the spell of enchantment. It has also been stated be several news outlets that people are growing tired of traveling to the costs. There is a desire growing to travel back to the Midwest. Well, RavenHammer LLC/ Pennamire Experience Park has listened. Our desired location to set down roots in in the northern portion of Kentucky. Pennamire Experience Park will be giving the place for “enchantment” and “magical” happenings a whole new meaning. With our variety of characters that anyone can interact with, affordable entrance fees, unique and ecofriendly architecture we will revolutionize the theme park industry. When patrons and visitors attend our park, they will be able to travel to incredible, unique places where all sorts of creatures thought to be found only within myth, legends, and fairytales dwell. So much more than just witches and wizards. We will employ puppeteers, illusionists, actors, magicians, as well as use the aid of modern technology to aid in creating a “magical real life” experience for our patrons and guests.
