Their insured can only go to them for dental care. Large multi office/doctor practices also have negotiating power with insurances/supply companies in order to maximize profit. Also, they are able to have extended hours due to the size of their staff. I am a small office and solo practitioner. Our patients know exactly who will be providing their care in a relaxed and calm environment. we care about the patients needs and make that our daily priority, rather than just numbers.
