However, we plan to grow by 20% yearly for the next 5 years by advertising, marketing, integrating the highest quality technology to improve our patient care. As a healthcare provider, I maintain old fashion values that people are more important than profit. As an employer, I believe in taking care of my staff as if they are family.

Self Identified Competition
DSO's in our market has become prevalent in the last few years. They have the ability to negotiate better rates with insurances and supply companies in order to maximize their profits, which is their sold purpose. Profit. Kaiser is a HMO. Their insured can only go to them for dental care. Large multi office/doctor practices also have negotiating power with insurances/supply companies in order to maximize profit. Also, they are able to have extended hours due to the size of their staff. I am a small office and solo practitioner. Our patients know exactly who will be providing their care in a relaxed and calm environment. we care about the patients needs and make that our daily priority, rather than just numbers.
