This would improve the image of the communities, and not only that, help home owners get out of a difficult situation, and also helping banks not lose out on money when a property is foreclosed, and auctioned.

    My only competitors are other investors in the area who are also in the same business. I’m very much so different from my competitors because I develop personal relationships with home owners, by showing them that I am here to help. And if they needed any extra assistance, such as help moving out their personal belongings from their home— I would be able to help them find someone who can do that. If they needed money to move out of their home, I would be able to help them. Not only is this a business, but I actually am willing to go the extra mile to make sure they will be fine.
