With this funding I would be able to expedite Iron Mountain Essentials line that includes silicone handles, bamboo scrubbers and chain mail scrubbers into our product line and take off. I have suppliers lined up but have not been able to support the necessary expansion yet.

Business Plan
In the next five years I plan to grow my business by improving the offer for my customers by offering packaged deals that has all of there essentials in one purchase. One of the main ways we plan to expand is to offer several packages on amazon and then find the best combination of our products. Then we will tap into Amazon global distribution system and start selling in Canada and Europe within the year. Then we will I plan to expand online to subscription boxes, Ebay, and possibly retail down the road in such places as Gander mountain, Tractor supply and Bass Pro Shop. Investors should invest in me because I am a long game type of business owner. I am looking for room to grow not just this year but each year moving forward. I am a great bet and given a shot at it will prove that fact 10 times over.

Top 3 competitors would include Lodge Cast Iron, Le Cruset and Milo. Lodge Cast iron holds majority of the market and dominates on Amazon. They also have retail presence in Walmart, target and bass pro shops. They are the most well known cast iron brands in the US as of now. This is largely due to their great online presence, snd being the only cast iron choice in many retailers at all allows them to dominate with no other cast iron on the shelf at places like Walmart, Kroger and Target. What makes my brand different is that we will provide more information about cooking with cast iron to the consumers than any of our competitors. We will provide mini cook books , do demonstrations and really get out there in front of people on social media and in person to show the health benefits but also the versatility.
