TBD Fibrenew Franchise | Application Preview
TBD Fibrenew Franchise is applying for government grants to acquire tools, vehicles, and materials that will facilitate a smooth transition and maintain workflow efficiency in their existing franchise territory. The funding will help sustain current employees, minimize transition conflicts, and cover immediate expenses that exceed typical startup costs, including payroll and marketing materials to announce the new ownership.
Their business plan targets commercial clients such as RV dealers, car dealerships, auto body shops, and other related sectors, with residential customers serving as a secondary market. The current owner has a strong foothold in the RV market, accounting for about 60% of business. The franchise model allows for innovative marketing strategies that can attract new clients, enabling potential employment opportunities for additional staff. New hires would either focus on specific commercial industries or receive training in the established areas while expanding market outreach.
The application argues that the low risk of failure is due to the existing knowledgeable workforce and ongoing franchise training programs, enhancing the likelihood of success. As a veteran with prior business management experience, the applicant expresses a strong desire to demonstrate work ethics through business ownership.
In terms of competition, Fibrenew faces companies like Leather Pro’s, Creative Colors, and New Creations, which have lesser quality and a narrow service focus. Fibrenew’s established reputation and consistent growth, even amid economic fluctuations, provide a competitive edge, with projections of expanding their franchise network significantly in the near future.

Funding Usage
Existing franchise territory has tools, vehicles and materials that would be optimal to purchase to keep the transition as smooth as possible and work flow top priority. Acquiring these assets would be valuable to sustaining current employees with less transition conflict to them. The set up has been dialed in over years of current owners experience. This funding would also aide in expenses incurred immediately that are higher than just a normal start up such as payroll, existing materials needed that are involved particularly to current work flow jobs and extra marketing materials announcing new ownership to aide those warm introductions.

Business Plan
The target audience is commercial companies such as RV dealers, car dealers, auto body shops, private air craft companies, marinas, moving companies, furniture retailers, restaurants and insurance companies. Residential customers constitute a secondary market. Current owner has approximately 60% of business in the RV market. Fibrenew Franchisees are commonly focused on one industry depending on the franchisee’s niche, but the marketing to expand outside that has a high potential. This evolves to creating more jobs than just owners can handle and allows them to hire on additional employees. New employees would 1. be encouraged to find their own commercial industry to focus on increasing job workload variety and revenue, OR 2. be trained on current commercial industry while owner can market other industries such as medical equipment. On the business perspective side the risk of failing is fairly low as it is an established territory with existing knowledgeable employees. The franchise itself has established ongoing training to strive for franchisee success. Personally, I hope, as a Veteran and prior business management, to be given the chance to show my strong valued work ethics into business ownership.

Self Identified Competition
Leather Pro's, Creative Colors and New Creations are proximal competitors of like companies. The quality and reputation of these are not as high as Fibrenew. They also have a very narrow focus in service compared to current operations. The established reputation of franchise already exceeds any of these. Since our inception, we have never stopped growing. Our franchise base has increased every single year – through every rise and fall of the world’s economy. That truly speaks to the fact that there is always a need for our services. From 1 single franchise in 1987 to the projected growth of over 300 franchise partners in very the near future, Fibrenew is on a mission to remain #1 in our industry space.
