The owner emphasizes the need for funding based on their success so far and a strong commitment to growth. With over 10 years of experience in the industry, the business was launched just before the pandemic and has managed to remain afloat. Increased advertising is expected to further showcase their quality service, which is competitively priced.

In terms of competition, the owner notes several local businesses that lack experience with hard water removal and are often overpriced or inefficient.
