Triple Exclusive Studios LLC | Application Preview
Triple Exclusive Studios LLC is seeking government grants to enhance its marketing strategies, upgrade equipment, organize showcases and events, and expand its business offerings, including music and mixing programs.
The company's business plan focuses on building a strong online presence through a new website, gradually increasing studio rates, and hosting events to foster local talent and community connections. The owners recognize the lack of diverse recording studios in Connecticut compared to renowned establishments in New York, noting that while they had gained some traction before the pandemic, they faced significant setbacks due to COVID-19 and infrastructure issues leading to equipment damage.
The studio aims to uplift Connecticut's creative scene, particularly for underrepresented communities. As a black-owned business, they are dedicated to mentoring youth and developing local talent, utilizing their expertise in music and recording. They have invested in instruments and recording equipment, positioning themselves as a resource for aspiring musicians.
In terms of competition, Triple Exclusive Studios acknowledges local rivals, Todd Nossel Recording Studios, Howell Recording Studios, and Pharaoh Recording Studios. While Todd Nossel has a long-standing reputation and a wealth of experience, and Howell focuses on hip hop and R&B, Triple Exclusive plans to differentiate itself by being more versatile and inclusive in its sound offerings. Despite the competition, the founders are committed to creating a unique legacy and fostering a vibrant arts community in the area.

Business Plan
We want to create a website and spread our internet presence. With time, gradually bring our studio time price up. We have showcases and events that bring out the local talent and allow our space to be more so considered as a gathering of creatives to grow our connections, consumers, and customer base. In the north east, New York is full of studios that have become legendary. Connecticut doesn't have many studios that bring everything we dream to have established. We started to have buzz with our own marketing strategies, but when Covid struck we were forced to shut down. At that time we were having private session with those who could follow the mandates and weren't exposed to covid-19. Then at the beginning of 2021, and again during the summer, a pipe bursted in the ceiling flooding the office and our second studio room damaging equipment and caused the studio to again close down. We were back to having private session with our loyal patrons, recording artists, and other creatives. Now we are getting back on our feet and want to hit the ground running. We are sure we will always grow, but are serious in showing our business to other who are willing to support us and watch us grow to the heights we will work to be at. We see ourselves putting Connecticut on a platform that it's never been before. We're a black owned business and we want to bring the youth and more of the local talent here to be stars. With our skills we have the tools to teach the younger people as we have already invested in musical instruments and recording equipment to beginning our outreach and business. Many people don't play instruments and don't have the years of proper mixing and mastering of me and my employees. We deciding long ago to dedicate our lives to music and helping those around us find a new and creative avenue instead of the streets.

Self Identified Competition
Todd Nossel Recording Studios Howell Recording Studios Pharaoh Recording studios Trod Nossel Studios has the legacy were burning to build. Established in 1966 they have the true quality that comes with experience, because they are one of the first recording studios in existence. Many studios in the local area genuine cannot comprehend the the fundamentals of a great mix/master, but these guys have it alongside with the hundreds of thousands of dollars invested in equipment. Pharaoh recording studios was established in 2018. They have a love for the live set up and reasonable prices. They haven't invested too much in their equipment and really rely on the expertise of their engineers, but they do offer production, compositions, and videos to their business. Howell Records studio is located in the same city as us. New Britain Connecticut. They also do hip hop and R&B music. Other than Howell Recording Studios neither of the others specialize in hip hop and R&B, New York is generally the place to go for that Todd Nossel Studios does a lot, but they haven't gotten with the times and only do certain types of videos and songs. We plan to have as much as legacy, but to be more inclusive with our sound. Howell has the least amount of equipment and only 1 studio, but they do the sound the we specialize in and have a reach in the community Pharaoh studios has the ability to aid in production and compositions, but they only do so many sounds but they do sound good.
