ZNOMEDZ LLC | Application Preview
ZNOMEDZ LLC is seeking government grants to support its agricultural business plans. The company aims to develop a 6.5-acre vacant lot for farming, acquire licenses needed for operations, and obtain funding for essential supplies, utilities, and machinery.
The business plan focuses on the development of the property over the next year, with plans to build facilities and container homes. There is also an intention to assemble a legal team to navigate any potential legal challenges.
The grant application emphasizes the importance of local ownership and the company’s commitment to contributing to the agricultural economy. ZNOMEDZ LLC recognizes the competition from both large, well-funded corporate farms and other small businesses in the area. However, the company believes its hands-on management approach and personal investment distinguish it from competitors. The owner is dedicated to ensuring every detail is managed effectively and views the business’s local roots as a critical part of its identity.

Business Plan
For starts I would see to it that I develop a 6 1/2 acre lot that I have acquired. Following that I intend to build on the property over the next year as well as apply for licenses to operate and produce. I would also further down the road look to acquire a legal team of lawyers/attorney to assist with any legal actions if necessary. I also intend to purchase and build container homes for use of business facilities. Water, Power, Sewage development as well. Invest in me as I am looking to grow agricultural as well as take part in being one of 16,000 small local farming businesses. I am looking to develop my property on behalf of growing what I believe to be a big and social part of a bright future of agricultural economics. It means everything to me to be locally owned and operated. My intentions are clear and I stand firm on what I believe to be is right.

Self Identified Competition
I can’t really name the competition but I will say that the competition is diverse. On one hand you have big commercial and industrial corporate backed farms who have an ample amount of funding at their leisure. On the other hand there are other small businesses like mine intended to do the same thing as I. Lastly it’s a competition to start from nothing and willing to give it everything to build. As I have mentioned above on one hand the more commercial backed competitors have deep pockets already sought out and not as hands on with the operation as I feel I am. From hard hat and dirty hands to office desk I am solely the man in charge overseeing every bit of detail. On the other hand you have small businesses alike. What sets me aside from them I would say is I am well invested—self invested thus far. I have taken the time necessary to provide the quality and growth of my business from logo to supplies. I am willing to put my last dollar to work. Lastly giving life to this business means a lot to be locally owned and operated.
