LoginClinics, PLLC 83-4023044 | Government Grant Application

LoginClinics, PLLC | Application Preview

LoginClinics, PLLC is seeking government grants to address financial obligations and expand its medical practice in underserved areas of Franklin County, specifically in Youngsville or Franklinton, NC. The funds will assist in repaying loans totaling $40,000 and facilitate the rental and outfitting of a larger facility to better serve the community.

The business plan focuses on marketing services to local industries, ensuring their workforce stays healthy and productive. Since launching in 2019, LoginClinics has successfully adapted its model during the COVID pandemic and now collaborates with Skanska, a major national construction firm, enhancing its growth potential and community impact.

While competition exists, particularly from Amphibous Medic, LoginClinics distinguishes itself by offering telemedicine and mobile care, with a proven track record of conducting vaccine and COVID testing clinics on contract sites. Additionally, its status as a minority-run practice, led by a nurse and paramedic, strengthens its mission to provide affordable, accessible, and high-quality healthcare through innovative service delivery.

  • Funding Usage

I have 18,000 and 22,000 loans to pay back to investors, plus I want to rent a larger space and completely outfit it so people can come to our medical practice and receive care in underserved Franklin County - either Youngsville or Franklinton, NC

  • Business Plan

Marketing to local industrial, plant and warehouse businesses in the local area to help their organizations stay safe, working, and productive. I opened in 2019 prior to COVID as a private pay telemedicine practice and grew threw COVID and now work with Skanska, a large, national construction company. I am continuing to grow and want to make an impact locally in Franklin County to help businesses there thrive.

  • Self Identified Competition

I have yet to find a small company that does exactly what we do, but with our skanska contracts, Amphibous Medic is our main competitor but they do not offer telemedicine or mobile, professional, medical care like us. In fact, we have run vaccine clinics and COVID testing clinics on their contract sites. Locally in Youngsville, MedAccess Urgent Care. We are a minority-run medical practice (nurse and paramedic). Our mission is to combat the rising cost of healthcare and inconvenience through virtual house calls and onsite healthcare delivery to provide cost-effective, easily accessible and high-quality healthcare.
