We would love to pay off our equipment loans and purchase a mini skidsteer due to the number of employees that have quit because of the pandemic. With this piece of equipment, we would be able to function off less people but be able to complete jobs more efficiently and cost effectively.

Currently we have about 6-9 month backlog for our company's services. We grew significantly within the last 5 years by changing the way we go about our structure in our company. We had strict guidelines on who and how we hired employees. Safety was and still is our top concern. We have just recently been awarded the contracted position at two local Universities. We plan to continue to grow into more contracts such as these and provide the top of the line equipment in the area. We have been the top awarded tree company by Lynchburg Living Magazine the last 4 years in a row which awarded us the to be in the Lynchburg Living Hall of Fame. We have been the only company since they have started the tree company category that has been awarded gold! We have also won Reader's Digest award the last two years that the tree company selection was offered as well. We prioritize safety as our first and foremost goal. Safety for our guys working and safety for the homeowners property. We currently do the tree work for one of the top leaders of OSHA in our area. We want to serve our community with high quality tree care but we are struggling to find the right guys to fit this mold and would love to have the higher quality equipment to keep up with our demand.

Self Identified Competition
Masons Tree Service because they offer a crane service. They also offer faster service because their backlog is not as long. Bartlett Tree Service because they are a nationally known company and have money within the company to provide quality equipment. Bryant's Tree Service is another company that has been around for a long time and has a long history of having a good customer base. Compared to Bryants and Masons, we have thrived because our safety concerns are top notch. Our company requires everyone to wear chaps, head protection, and the proper PPE on every job. This is not something that is stressed in many other local companies in this area. We also have a high standard and procedure on hiring people. We do not allow anyone to work with our company without proper identification, Driver License, pass a drug screen as well as following simple call back procedures. We believe this has been crucial to hiring the right type of people for our company. We stress responsible and having well manners on the job site due to customers always watching our guys. On almost every jobsite, there is always someone watching whether it be neighbors or homeowners.
