I have been doing this in multiple states (FL, OH and NJ) for 7 years now. I have a business model (BRRRR-ing) in place that works in different parts of the state and country. From the acquiring process, to working with contractors, to staging with a realtor and finally exit strategy in place.

Self Identified Competition
My top 3 competitors manage over 9 million in assets between them. They primarily deal with hard money lenders in which I also deal with as well. However, their exit strategies are not multi-layered. This is what sets me apart in which I have multiple streams in doing so. I have the experience. Not only do I have a team in the different areas needed but I am also a licensed mortgage loan originator in multiple states, which helps with exit strategies.
