Business Plan
In the next five years, I would like to become licensed to do hair removal and offer that as a service as well. I would like to take on an employee within the year to run the retail side of my shop and bookings. Within 3 years, I would like to open another location in Durant, Oklahoma. I am located in a small town. Few services are offered similar to mine and many from here travel into larger cities for these types of services. Our town is growing in terms of what types of products and services are offered and I would like to expand on that. The addition of a retail side will offer a space for locals to purchase gifts and wellness products that are not available anywhere locally. Although I haven't been open very long, I've already received a great response in booking for the services I provide.

Self Identified Competition
My first competitor is the Pout House in Antlers. They offer facials and massages. However, the facials are much more invasive than those I provide and my facials provide better results, according to my clientele. Approximately 20 miles away is Inifinty Care, a medical spa. This facility offers intensive weight management and facial peels, fillers, etc. However, they are very expensive for this locale and attract a clientele more from Paris, Texas. I would like to focus on those in my area. I am different because nobody offers the cryosculpting services that I do. It is a much cheaper, less invasive alternative to liposuction. I've also seen great success with acne facials, which are not offered in my area. The effects of this treatment are greatly apparent overnight and has even caused some clients to discontinue dermatologist visits. No medication is used for this, which is attractive to many. Were I to have a retail side providing wellness products and gifts, this would also set me aside as something different not only from estheticians, but also the retail stores here.
