The business is requesting government grants to fund a small local warehouse, a fleet of vehicles, and marketing efforts aimed at community distribution. The plan involves securing more contracts within the community, leveraging 14 years of medical experience to address local service needs.
The applicant, a native of El Paso, highlights a significant disconnect in the healthcare process among doctors, hospitals, and patients. With the growing population of retirees and those staying at home, there is a recognized demand for localized services.
There is no current competition in this niche, and the applicant's competitive advantage lies in focusing on home deliveries of medical supplies and transport services, rather than just large hospital deliveries. By streamlining the process and continuing to partner with local physicians and hospitals, the business aims to meet rising patient needs while efficiently managing insurance billing for services provided.

Business Plan
Secure more contracts throughout the community, As I mentioned I have 14 years medical experience with almost every hospital and many doctors that are on the area. Realizing this is a need to be serviced locally. I am a native El Pasoan, realizing throughout my 14 year Career as an Xray technologist and administrator to private and company wide physicians and entities there is a huge disconnect between Doctors, hospitals and patients needs. Due to the growing number of El Pasoans both retiring and staying at home, this untapped market is waiting to have a local deal in place.

Self Identified Competition
None, Simply put, companies like sysco and medical deliveries focus primarily on big Hospital Deliveries, However the disconnect occurs from the hospitals and physicians to patient's homes. By alleviating office visits, yet still billing insurance agencies for supplies, pharmaceuticals and patient transports, as necessary, the process becomes streamlined. Due to my lengthy career in the industry, I have many physicians and local hospitals that pay me to do this, on a much smaller scale, yet the demand is increasing.a
