Self Identified Competition
Any of the bigger companies that have been around and are well known by name. There are more than 3 of those. Prime, UPS and FedEx, to name 3. What makes me stand apart from my competitiors is how I maximize my miles and fuel. I choose approved truck routes that will get me to and from my deliveries safely and in a timely manner. My motto is "If the wheels aren't turning, I'm not earning". I knkow how many miles I need per week and I hit that goal consistently.
