Moving my salon into a new building that has to have all new equipment and set up for a working hair salon. Plumbing and electrical have to be ran to accommodate necessary means for business. I am basically having to start over from scratch but I have a book of business (clientele).

Business Plan
By moving to this new location, it is bigger to allow for growth. I will be hiring more stylists who will work for me on a commission basis, therefore giving them a space to work and earn money, while I make a small profit. I am well established in the area with a book of business that any hair stylist would love to have. I have worked hard the past 14 years to get here. With the shutdown, I have not worked since March 21. I need funds to help move into this new space. I am willing to do whatever it takes.

Self Identified Competition
I am not sure but possibly Shear Envy, Intricid Salon and Bouffant's, all in Tupelo, Mississippi. The relationships I have with my clients and the work I do sets me apart from my competitors. My clients stick around and have lasting relationships with me. I provide a safe space for clients who need to talk but I also provide consistent and creative services that they respect and have come to require for their personal happiness.
