  • Business Plan

My business will grow first through word of mouth (my concept will fill a void in the Dripping Springs, TX community), then through social media and advertising. Once we are established, we will offer delivery services to make our services even more convenient for customers (estimated 6-12 months after opening). Within 2 years we will open a second location. Within 5 years we will have at least 5 locations, then franchising opportunities. I am a hard-working female chef with an established career in farm-to-table cuisine. My business will support local farmers who are true stewards of our land. I will be feeding delicious and nutritionally significant foods to a wonderful community, supported by caring staff who have the same mission: to care for our planet and the foods people consume.

  • Self Identified Competition

I don't believe we will have true "competitors" as there is plenty to go around in the Austin, TX market. My concept is fairly unique and will fill an untapped, niche market. The businesses most similar to mine would be: DIG, The Little Beet and Central Market. My food is truly farm-to-table with a focus on educating the public- not just feeding them.
