River Tree Creations is applying for government grants to support its growth and expansion plans, focusing on increasing sales and profitability. The funding will be allocated primarily to securing a larger workspace, investing in durable and high-quality tools, boosting advertising efforts, and acquiring premium wood for custom projects.
The business plan outlines an ambitious five-year growth strategy, driven by the rising popularity of Epoxy Resin Tables. The owner anticipates doubling the company's revenue annually, leveraging social media trends and the custom nature of the products to create a solid business foundation. In the initial quarters, the focus will be on advertising and branding, followed by investments in high-quality raw materials to ensure a reputation for excellence. As the business stabilizes, plans include expanding into additional locations and potentially franchising.
River Tree Creations emphasizes its unique selling points, such as being environmentally friendly, using only electric tools, and sourcing reclaimed wood. The owner highlights the importance of custom design experiences, offering personalized consultations that larger companies cannot match. This hands-on approach fosters clear communication and a collaborative atmosphere, enhancing the customer experience. The business competes with established companies by providing more flexibility, a wider range of color choices, and a truly handcrafted product, allowing clients to incorporate their existing furniture into new designs.
By positioning itself as not just a retailer but a provider of an enjoyable and personalized design experience, River Tree Creations aims to build strong relationships with customers, encouraging word-of-mouth referrals and creating a loyal clientele. The owner believes that this unique approach, combined with current market trends, presents an exceptional investment opportunity.

Funding Usage
There are three main things I will use the funding for. But all of these elements are going to increase sales and produce more money for everyone. First I am going to find a new larger workspace to rent. I desperately need larger more efficient and proper workspace, this will a productivity. Second I’m going to Buy some new equipment and quality Tools that will last a lifetime. Third I’m going to spend some of it on advertising. This will pay for itself in the future as I expand my business. Lastly I will purchase a few high quality pieces of wood I know I’m going to need in the future. I don’t have to buy much route product because everything I make is Custom into order.

Business Plan
My five year plan is simple. Because of the growing popularity and interest in Epoxy Resin Tables, I don’t plan to fiscally grow the typical 33% every year, I feel it is realistic to expect that my company River Tree Creations will more than double in revenue every year. The average Growth Rate for a successful business in 2020 was reported to be between 15% - 45%, year-over-year growth. Because River Tables are completely “trending” on social media, I i’m going to ride the (fabulous, new, and popular wave) into a solid stable business structure. I have the luxury of building a business during an influx of popularity and interest. At the moment I only have one employee, myself. I’m going to invest all available resources into the companies internal infrastructure. I’m going to build of the business from inside. The first Couple of quarters I’m going to focus spending on advertising my company. Investing in name recognition and branding. The next few financial quarters I’m going to make sure I have very high quality raw product in stock. This is important because I want to ensure my company is synonymous with quality. In the next couple of years I will continue to focus on advertising and inventory. During used four and five I would gradually switch the focus into expansion. I would focus on expanding the company once it is well-established into other satellite offices. Eventually turning retreat into a successful franchise. nvesting in my company at this particular point in time is not only a golden opportunity but a goldmine! I’m very excited to talk about this part. It’s true what they say, “if you love what you do, you never work a day in your life.” Well I love everything about this business, and in return I work extremely hard! I don’t ever have drag myself in, or force myself to work. Some other positive attributes are that my company is a net-zero-carbon emissions company. I only use electric tools nothing gas or oil burning. Most importantly I use only re-purposed, recycled, and/or reclaimed wood. Another thing that makes my company so unique is that I do house calls. I am 100% custom, to order, collaborative, in your home or my office river tables. I think your investor would be excited to know I’ve never had a bad review and do a high-quality work in the convenience of your own home. Because all my work is custom, every piece is inherently unique and unlike anything else out there. I bring a portfolio and examples of my work to the customers house. I find out detailed information about their personalities and choose each piece of wood, the size, and even the color of the epoxy resin based on each customers desires, wants and needs. Everything is to order. River Tables also know as Resin or Epoxy Art, are becoming more popular and well-known every day! Getting involved now at the beginning stage would really be a financial opportunity. Even if you don’t believe me, believe in the facts and numbers. River Tables are “trending” all over social media, and I I have seen many new segments about resin tables and their popularity. I believe in my product and I love what I make, I work tirelessly. Which means that your investment dollars will be working tirelessly as well.

Self Identified Competition
Something that already works in my favor is the top three companies are all very similar. Some would say it’s because they figured out what cells, this would say they are turning into sheep. The number one river table producer Stockton heritage. Known for its Scandinavian bohemian style they seem to use only blue resin in their table. The second largest company is The US river resin tables company. This company like the previous one only offers two colors of Apoxsee, teal and blue. Their table start at around $4000 and they ask the customer to come up with the design. The third company is called Hanover’s Kitchen. Now again they use only a few colors of Apoxsee, clear being their main gig. Even though they were very large company they make river tables plus other household items. They will codesign the table with you but the majority of control goes to the company. All these companies have many employees and big warehouses with lots of resources. They offer custom work but I doubt they have the owner and designer come to your house to make a personal design session What makes me different and why investors should fund River Tree Creations is because I offer a much more in-depth and different experience. Because I’m a small company I am able to ensure the communication between business and client is how much More clear and very personable. I offer Intimate comfortable design/collaboration sessions. I am extremely flexible and open to ideas. My prices are much better and I can offer ANY color that is physically possible within the Spectrum of Epoxy Resin. I’m not bound by any type of restraint or Board of Directors. There are so many benefits to being sole proprietor of a small business. I have full control over every decision and give the client as much or as little involvement as they would like. My product is legitimately handcrafted and the quality of the wood I get is exquisite. I offer an extremely smooth, efficient, and pleasant experience beginning to end. One of the most important differences between me and the big guys is that I offer an “experience.” I can offer more than a table or a sale, I offer an enjoyable client centered experience. If I deliver this experience, the client will likely tell their friends and family about it and word of mouth will naturally add value and clout to River Tree. As with most boutique companies I offer the client more freedom to create whatever they can imagine. An element of Rivertree that I find clients get the most excited about is our ability to incorporate their existing furniture in a project. I can develop, change, or modify their existing furniture if requested. That means if the client has a wooden piece of furniture that is a family heirloom or nostalgic, they can request I use that piece in whatever project we can dream up. After all, I don’t report to work board of directors, only to the client.
