High Hopes Stables LLC | Application Preview
High Hopes Stables LLC is seeking government grants to fund new equipment, cover potential veterinary bills, and pay rent for stalls. The business aims to promote bonding between people and animals across all age groups, providing a safe and enjoyable environment while encouraging responsibility and horsemanship skills.
To market their services, High Hopes plans to use flyers, social media, newspaper ads, a dedicated website, and a banner at horse shows, as well as referrals from existing clients.
In terms of competition, while there is another trainer in the barn, she focuses on a different discipline. Other local competitors have been in the industry for over a decade and benefit from stronger financial resources.
What sets High Hopes apart is its commitment to education over profit. The business prioritizes teaching proper riding skills and horsemanship, ensuring clients learn how to care for their horses. High Hopes aims to provide a competitive but friendly experience at shows, emphasizing sportsmanship and enjoyment.

Business Plan
Flyers, social media advertising, advertising in the paper, building a website, having a banner at horse show grounds, refers from current clients I’m encouraging people of all ages to build a bond with an animal, getting people out of their house. Also giving a safe enjoyable place for people to come to, also building relationships with horses and other clients. Also teaching responsibilities and horsemanship

Self Identified Competition
There is another trainer in my barn however she does teach a different discipline then me. Other competitors around have been in the business for more then 10 years making them well known, they also have the financial backing to get more horses or go to larger shows I differ from my competitors because I’m not in it to be a millionaire, I’m in this to teach people how to ride and have the best horsemanship around. Teaching everything they need to know to take care of their horse. Taking them to shows to be competitive but also to remember to come out smiling and sportsmanship toward other competitors
