Business Plan
I presently have two trucks by hiring an employee I will be able to purchase a third truck and a second employee. A large project has been approved by the state of North Carolina Interstate 540 is a 2.4 billion dollar job. I have a good business relationship with one of the largest trucking company in Wake County. The possibility to expand the company is unlimited. Therefore, I will be able to hire more employees.

Self Identified Competition
First Class Trucking, they have about 15 trucks. Stratcon Trucking, they have about 18 trucks. Blalock Trucking, has eight trucks. All of these companies have contacted me about subcontract work. I have worked with Blalock Trucking. I am presently working with the largest company in Wake County. I started out as a driver for them and drove for three years before I purchased my first truck. I am a US Marine Vet. I started from the ground and worked my way up. I studied each company's operation and learned from their mistakes and their successes.
