Ther will be another part of the business that will have partner with the housing authorities of each state to help people who are searching for properties that except rental assistance. They would be investing in the future of the apartment/housing industry. We all have seen how Carona Virus has sped up the process of the technology world. From door dash contactless delivery, grocery delivery, streaming websites showing movies the same day they come out in theaters so you can stay & watch in the comfort of your own home. You can buy a car online & have it shipped to you! People want to pay other people to do things they do not want to do Why can't you do the same thing with searching for an apartment or even touring one? I'm not talking about virtual tours. I am talking about having an actual human being go in the assess the property itself, the cleanliness, the staff, & the apartment home itself. You can't get this personable with a simple apartment search engine. You can with Apartment Vice.

Apartments.com Renter.com Apartmentadvisor.com Any apartment search engine They can find you an apartment but they can not give their professional opinion on what property management company would best work for you. They don't know EVERYTHING that is available, just what is available by the people who pay to use their site. I take a more personal direction when it comes to searching for an apartment home. This is going to be somewhere someone is going to lay their head every night, the fact that they are renting does not change that fact. I want people to look at my company how they would look at a real estate agency trying to help them find their forever home.
