With the funding that is presented to me, I will use it to purchase all necessities that are needed for my rental property. Such as decor, beds, mattress, sanitary items, dish-ware, silverware, entertainment, and food. Which are all needed to make sure my guests enjoy their stay.

Investors should invest in me because I help expand tourism. If hotels are booked, I am able to offer my services to tourists, and anyone who are in desire for a comfortable stay.

Self Identified Competition
My top three competitors are Vrbo, Booking.com, and Tripadvisor. These competitors are companies who find properties, and lists them online. However, they do not own the properties they lists. What makes me different from my competitors is that I own my property. Also, I get the chance to greet all of my guests, assist them with any problems or questions they may have, provide them with a comfortable environment, and make sure they enjoy their stay. My competitors only lists properties, but doesn’t help the guests.
