They are Physical Therapy and Pain management clinics that try and use an all size fits all orthopedic and neurological treatments for the Geriatric population. Presently is is just a modification of non specific exercises and home programs the therapists expect the patient to perform. I have 30+ years of experience and have been working on a special program for Geriatrics that includes specific exercises, a mindfulness component to deal with anxiety, and a collorborative effort to not begin using Opiods
