Within the next 5 years I plan to have a full functioning beauty bar which also provides education to aspiring lash artists in the area. I plan to have at least 8 employees on a daily basis within the first 3 years. Investing in me will allow me to continue growing and making a difference in my community. Over the last 4 years I’ve been able to travel across NJ and generate over 300 clients for multiple services. I have clients who travel from different states within the Tristate area to receive the exclusive services I offer. It’s about building a community of people who can make others feel great about themselves. During the pandemic I was able to maintain my sales and reach an all time high in 2020. I know for sure that opening a salon is my next step to help my community and create a new jobs in my county. I dedicated my life to this dream. I resigned from 15 years army active duty to pursue this spa and with a little help I know I will be around for years to come. I

Amazing Lash studio, offers lash extensions in several styles. Salon Joseph Kenneth who offers hair makeup and lash extensions. Wair Studio Salon who offers hair makeup and lash extensions What sets me apart from my competitors is my knowledge in the lash extension industry. I have trained almost 35 artists locally to include the salons I’ve mentioned above. The lash artists who work in these salons received training from my lash course and are able to create more revenue with the skills I taught them. Some of the lash studio also offer lashing by the hour, which method I don’t use. I believe it’s more profitable to lash by the clients needs. Everyone’s growth is different. This alone has created my current clients to choose me over other lash and makeup studios.
