The current manufacturing methods vastly generate waste materials due to sequentially laid out manufacturing platforms. I am expanding the business operation towards advancement opportunities that include but are not limited to Vertical Integration in which enables us to reduce the warehousing costs and inventory. This approach enables us to have more control over our supply chain and agile manufacturing. Along with that route, having a solid partnership with Design institutions where we can expand our horizons towards consumers' lifestyles and market shifts. My ultimate goal is to be the most prolific body armor manufacturer in the United States of America. I have two master's degrees in Design and Manufacturing. I have a green belt Six-Sigma for lean-agile manufacturing, bringing more than six years of work experience in Automation and robotics for sewing industries and wearable technologies. Having those experiences along with my educational background enabled me to identify areas where performance could be improved without compromising on the revenue stream, empowered me to be a driver of change. I have invested more than $150,000 of my own saving in this business, I am a full-time (80 hours per week) employee who believes in teamwork and is truly a believer in an exponential business model.

I am aiming for a higher quality of products and a more complete cycle of Industrial Waste utilization of the raw material in this field. My engineering background and education brought me the ways to work and engage with all levels of the organization to address the root cause of potential problems faced and affect behavioral change to adopt novel solutions.
