Anuez Enterprise | Application Preview
Anuez Enterprise is seeking government grants to enhance operations and grow the business. The funding will primarily be used to purchase essential equipment, including a skid steer with a hydraulic post driver, a wire stretcher, a bush hog, and a gooseneck trailer. This equipment will enable the business to transport materials efficiently and complete jobs more effectively. Additionally, the plan includes acquiring new hand tools and a flatbed for the truck to store tools safely. A portion of the funds will also be allocated for advertising to increase visibility in the community.
The business aims to expand over the next five years by operating three work crews, with two focused on commercial and government contracts, while one continues to serve residential clients. The goal is to minimize debt to safeguard the business against market fluctuations. The owner intends to personally oversee contract lobbying, inspections, and competitive pricing to ensure high-quality service.
The owner’s background reflects a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. Growing up in a financially challenged environment, they built the business from the ground up after earning a high school diploma and a welding certificate. By working diligently while gaining experience in machinery repairs, the owner has successfully expanded the business at a young age, focusing on customer satisfaction and community service.
Competitively, Anuez Enterprise faces three main rivals: Lariat Fencing Co., North Florida Fencing, and Jimmy Skipper Livestock Fencing. Each competitor targets specific markets, with Lariat focusing on small ranchers, North Florida on commercial chainlink, and Jimmy Skipper on large agricultural farms. Anuez Enterprise distinguishes itself by prioritizing customer communication, timely service, and high-quality work. By treating clients like family and maintaining strong customer relationships, the business is well-positioned to compete effectively in the market.

Business Plan
In the next five years I plan on growing my business where I am able too run three crews of men with two crews doing commercial and government contracts and one crew still taking care of are residential customers who put us in business to start with in addition I would like to have little too no debt if possible (depending on consumer demand) that way if the market plummets I won't sink as fast with debt being one of the easiest way to fail in a small business. Lastly I would like to personally be able to lobby for new contracts and do inspections on our work to maintain pristine quality as well as continue to do quoting to make sure price fluctuations on materials are accounted for. When I was a kid my parents taught me all about work and education but with my father coming from Cuba as a kid he didn't come to the United States with anything since I wasn't raised with money and my parents couldn't afford much especially when they got divorced when I was ten years old I had to start from the ground up with absolutely nothing and build to where I am today I graduated high school and received a welding certificate from Florida Gateway College at seventeen years old and had worked seven days a week throughout my high school and college career to build my business while working a job at a local tractor dealer as service tech to gain knowledge about repairs on heavy machinery and there operations this has led me to where I'am today at 19 years old I have been able to grow my business far beyond my original scope by working hard and providing quality work each and every day no matter what challenges may face, it is always about how you can take care of your customer and always make sure when you leave the job site that it is downright and that the customer is satisfied if not I always try to compensate anyway I possibly can. No matter what happens I will always strive to be the best that I can be and always be of service to our community and our great nation

Self Identified Competition
My top three competitors are as follow Lariat Fencing Co. North Florida Fencing, and lastly Jimmy Skipper Livestock Fencing. Each focus on a main target market first Lariat focuses on small time ranchers and building of round pins for working horses and cow pins in addition they offer board fence and all types of wire with exception of chainlink. Following that North Florida Fencing focuses on mostly commercial chainlink but they also offer a broad range of other services as they own other companies and lastly is Jimmy Skipper they only do large agricultural farms in the surrounding area and they only offer wire fencing but do not offer chainlink fencing. I strive to set are work far apart from other companies and the biggest way I do that is by returning phone calls and showing up to the job as this has became a huge problem in are area and since i'm being able to return these calls in a timely manner I am able to compete well with these large companies while still being able to provide high quality work and by only selling high quality products, although some types of fencing I sell can be more expensive to install then other companies hire the need for more efficient equipment I'am able to have a personal connection to each and every customer and treat them like family witch in return gets me more work every single day. I strive to treat people like family, always take calls and provide high quality work at the same time, this is what I believe sets me apart from the rest of my competition.
