Creech Farrier Service LLC is seeking funding to enhance its operations by investing in critical equipment such as a truck, trailer, welder, generator, arm wench, and start-up supplies. The total funding requested is $41,000, allocated as follows: $20,000 for a truck, $5,000 for a trailer, $7,000 for a welder, $4,500 for a generator, $1,500 for an arm wench, and $3,000 for start-up supplies.
The business aims to expand its current farrier and blacksmithing operations into farm welding, specifically focusing on mobile, on-site welding services for agricultural tractors and equipment. The plan includes hiring at least two additional employees within the next five years to accommodate increased demand.
Creech Farrier Service LLC highlights the importance of their services to the local farming community, emphasizing that timely repairs are essential for minimizing downtime for farmers. With a proven track record of success in their existing business, the owners believe the new welding venture will thrive, given the existing client base that can benefit from this service.
The company faces limited competition, with three welding businesses located over 50 miles away. These competitors often struggle to meet demand, leading to long wait times for customers. The competitive advantage of Creech Farrier Service LLC lies in its ability to provide faster service due to proximity and an established relationship with local clients, making it a valuable option for farmers needing quick repairs.

Business Plan
Continue our Farrier/Blacksmithing business while expanding the business towards Farm Welding with a mobile on-site welding truck & trailer for welding agricultural tractors and other farm equipment with at least 2 more employees within the next 5 years. We live and work in a mid-west farming community where agricultural farmers are essential and our business would be welding and repairing the farming equipment to keep the farmers going with as little down time as possible. Our business will be essential for our local agricultural community with more than enough business to hire 2-4 more employees that would also depend on income from this business. Our Farrier & Blacksmithing business have been successful and profitable for the past 10 years and i believe a welding business would succeed also as we already have a clientele that would use our service for agricultural equipment welding.

Self Identified Competition
Miller Welding - Kokomo,IN Kuhn's Welding - Nappanee, IN Bergier Farm Welding - Plymouth, IN These 3 businesses are our only competitors and all 3 are 50+ miles outside of our area. They're work load is large making long wait times for farm repairs leaving farmers down during essential time to farm during weather/seasonal conditions. Our difference from our competition is that we can service our area much faster and we already have an established customer base to start with that is based on our existing service business with excellent customer service timely punctual response time. There is more than enough business that my competitors are struggling to aquire based on that they are overloaded with existing farm repairs leaving many customers without any other options. Our business would be a much wanted option for our customers to use.
