In Newberg which has 3 new car franchises Newberg Ford Newberg Chevrolet Newberg Dodge That being said there is no competition in the 5000 to 12000 used car price range so we think that is going to allow us to prosper. I think the major difference in our company versus our competitors is that we are focused on a market that no one in Newberg is focused on, allowing us to bring product into our business area with a much higher turn rate and profitability.
