. I have been doing great for the last five years since I purchased this business but had no way of knowing or planning for this virus. So since business has been slow I have had to use credit to pay for some common and everyday purchases and I would like to pay off those debts and so that I will have peace of mind to focus on growing my business. I would finish my website and start making marketing brochures to send to all physicians in a 50 mile radius to start. And then make new training tools for my existing physicians as well. My experience and willingness to help in anyway deemed necessary. If they need training, I will train their employees for all aspects of a medical office daily routine and management procedures and policies. I am helpful in the fact that I make training tools/ manuals so that new employees will have tools they can access for the different specialties that my two clients practice so that they always have something to help them if needed. My client’s practices are MY priority.

Business Plan
plan to market my billing services to any and all physicians seeking medical billing office. I am designing my own website but have had to stop due to funding. I also would like to make some marketing tools and new training tools for new/existing clients to help with training and time efficiency for the physicians as well. I have been in the medical billing field for over 15 years. I was great at my job and bought this company from my old boss in 2014 but I have worked for him for 5 years prior to that so I have had these clients for 10 years now. I was hired initially because the physicians were getting behind in their billing and caught up their billing and payments within 60 days of starting bringing one clients payments from 275,000.00 outstanding to the monthly average of 60,000.00. I was always the special projects go to person because I could always be counted on to fix any problems and do so in a speedy, knowledge, resourceful and professional manner. I also have always been put in charge of training anyone and everyone I come across. One of my clients actually makes sure I come out to train his medical assistants when he hires a new one because he knows it will be done thoroughly and accurately if I do it. I am knowledgeable in all aspects on the medical billing process for all insurance companies and I keep up/share any changes that the governments or commercials insurances make as soon as they are available. . I have always earned every dollar I have made and never even asked to to borrow money from my parents or friends. I was raised to not spend above my means and to be responsible with my income. But due to this "disaster" I find myself in need of the assistance and decided to ask for help this time. I am a hard work and My client’s practices are MY priority.

I am sorry but I have no idea the names or business of any other billing offices in my area . I just make sure toe take care of my business and clients. I don’t know names of any other billing office in the area but I can say if given the chance I know I am and will always be the better choice in the medical coding/billing specialist field due to my experience and knowledge.
