Funding Usage
I want to pay off debt from my business. I seen a decrease in sales during the pandemic. I need to renew my business e-commerce, LLC and website. Purchase new inventory, business cards, shipping products and marketing.
-
Business Plan
With the use of the right marketing, I would like to increase my online presence to create additional sales. I would like to add different products to my website to sell. I would like to be apart of networking programs in my area and support an organization other than mine. I would like my company name to become a "household product". Investors should invest in my company because I believe I have what it takes to be successful in the retail online store. Due to the pandemic, I believe there is a need for more products like mine to be available for the public to purchase in the comfort of their own home. I strive in good customer service with quick responses to purchases, questions and feedback from customers. I also would like to be involved more in my community. I would like my business to become a local small business that supports the community I live in.
-
Self Identified Competition
As an online only business, there hundreds of other small businesses that sell items similar to mine. I am competing with online retailers. What sets myself different from others is my personal customer service. I have become a fashion consultant to my customers. I provided positive and truthful feedback to women. I help encourage other women small business owners in my community with creating a page on my website for women helping women. I am prompt with my response to any questions and emails. I am also prompt with shipping orders.
