Our growth plan involves: - Local weekly advertising on the radio and newspaper - Work with other local businesses to get our name out there as a trusted local business - Email campaigns - Social media posts - Giveaways - Community service contributions - Get licensed in other local cities so we can expand how far away we can service customers - Sign dealer agreements with distributors so we can get our overhead pricing down & get a better profit margin - Reinvest in the business with profits - Yearly contracts with government businesses to wash & detail their business vehicles on a consistent basis - Raffles to give away free full vehicle detailing, with the raffle proceeds getting donated to a local non-profit - Try to get prices as low as possible for the consumer so that we can provide an amazing mobile service at a great affordable price that everyone wants Right now a lot of businesses are closing down for good because of COVID-19. I opened my business in hopes to help our local Coos County economy stay strong. We're providing a service that Coos County isn't really used to. For the most part, if someone in Coos County wants to get their car detailed or washed, they have to make time to get that done (call a detailer, book an appointment, wait for the day to arrive, drive to the detailer, drop off the vehicle, wait hours before having to find a ride to go pick up their car). With FRESHCAR LLC, we can schedule the appointment online or via text, then go directly to the customer to get the job done. They can be at home, at work, at a friend's house, at a hotel on vacation or a business trip, etc, and we can conveniently get this done without them worrying about how they're going to find a ride back to the detailer to pick up the vehicle. We're also 100% water-free, so we don't waste massive amounts of water just to make a vehicle look amazing again. We use a waterless wash formula that is designed for airplanes (Aero Cosmetics; bio-degradable & eco-friendly), so cleanup is easy and there isn't a bunch of chemical run-off that goes to their neighbors driveway or into our water drains .

Self Identified Competition
In Coos County all the competitors are body shops for the most part. So the consumer has to call them, schedule an appointment, wait days for the appointment, drive to the appointment, leave their car there, wait hours for the service to be finished & to be notified, then find someone to drive them back to the detailer so they can pick up their vehicle. There are no mobile waterless wash and detailers that I could find in Coos Bay or North Bend, and the only mobile detailer I found doesn't even have a website to drive customers to. We would be the only mobile waterless wash & detail service in all of Coos County that I'm aware of, which means that anyone else in the market in this area would have to step their game up to compete with FRESHCAR LLC. - 100% mobile - 100% water-free - We have a professional website that is desktop & mobile friendly - We're insured (the other mobile company doesn't mention anything about being insured) - Eco-friendly - Wash & Wax is bio-degradable - We're looking to expand our business to new areas, while the competitor is just focusing only on Coos Bay & North Bend - Professional FRESHCAR LLC work uniforms - Business discounts (15% discount for all businesses that we conduct business with)
