Keystone Tactical Supply LLC | Application Preview
Keystone Tactical Supply LLC is seeking government grants to support its growth initiatives. The funding will primarily be used to hire additional staff to meet rising demand and to invest in new machinery that will enhance production capacity and reduce turnaround times.
The business aims to expand its marketing efforts to reach a broader audience, with a goal of adding one full-time employee each year. The justification for funding lies in the consistent demand for their products, which serve crucial roles for government agents by providing identification patches that distinguish friendly personnel from others.
Keystone faces significant competition, particularly from a leading Canadian manufacturer specializing in similar patches. Another competitor based in Kentucky has a wider product range, including patches, but operates larger machines able to complete bigger orders. The third competitor recently sold their company for 1.3 million, highlighting the lucrative potential within the industry.
The company's competitive advantage is rooted in its small-town operations, which create local job opportunities and support the community. Keystone aims to deliver high-quality products while ensuring the safety of those on the front lines.

Business Plan
I plan to market to as many people as possible. Id like to add 1 full time employees per year. There is always a need for the product that we sell. Government agents need the protection of our patches to identify who is friendly and who isnt.

Self Identified Competition
Our largest competitor is located in Canada, they are the largest manufacturer of this type of patch. Id like to outperform and make sure production comes back to the US. Our second largest competitor manufactures other things as well as patches and is located in Kentucky. They have the larger machines and can handle larger jobs so I want to up our production to that level. Our 3rd largest competitor sold their company for 1.3 million so there is a large potential for this industry. We are in a small town giving small town people jobs and the ability to make a living. We want to bring the best product to market and make sure we keep the ones that keep us safe in the battle field safe!
