  • Business Plan

The key is face to face networking with our local partnerships. Now having added the TWFC recently, all of our employees will be priority hire qualified. Which saves im payroll, and job posting funds. With scheduled participants also gaining access to special programs here at ATM, and paid internships given by our partners, the amount of youth activity wanted to join up has grown regularly, which in turn has brought more interest from more willing volunteers, which even further drives our outreach program. We plan to grow buy putting our focused efforts more into the individual needs of each teen, having no shortage of foster kids to help these days, the more we can advocate for the more successful the mission. Because the returns I can provide go far beyond the numbers on a P&L report. Our company is designed to train, hire, and help graduate a better work force. 4% of age out foster kids graduate college. 51% are unemployed within a year of leaving the system. We have formed a network of other businesses to invest time and resources already right here in BCS. An investment in me is definitely coming with my personal guarantee of a successful return.

  • Self Identified Competition

I had one direct market competitor in the area who has since shifted focus to other business avenues, leaving my company/organization with directly placed within the center of our client base. They've been in business for some time prior to my company formation, which allowed them to dictate pricing, turnaround times, and overall quality. The growth of my business came faster than expected, so they decided a change in offered product would be more easily managed than a change in overall business practices. Customer service. Customer service. Customer service. My goal isn't to only provide myself with financial success, but other around me. With any job opportunities I've had in my life, I wasn't satisfied with only being good at what I was hired for, but to learn to be good at every other position in company.
