Securing prime real estate in downtown Greenville would help me gain much exposure because of the high level of foot traffic and the uniqueness of my business. First Love Hospitality LLC is the catering side that will take care of the needs of individuals for parties they host as well as businesses for luncheons, banquets and numerous events. Also, We will offer cooking classes and private at home chef dining experiences. Our goal for First Love Cheesecakery will be to establish our bakery in downtown greenville where there is so much opportunity for customers whether natives to the city or tourists come in to town to visit, Within 5 years of business, we look to have a food truck for hire with our desserts for every occasion including town festivals. We will also be able to ship nationwide and mass produce through a co-packer. We plan to hire a marketing media company to get our cakes in various grocery stores first in the city of Greenville followed by the region, the the state of South Carolina, the East Coast and then branch out nationwide. First Love is a multi-faceted brand that will use First Love Cheesecakery as the tool to launch the brand. Our cakes will speak for themselves and pave the way for the other endeavors. We will also take the opportunity t create jobs for many. I believe investors should invest in us because we have solid product in our cheesecakes and a great target market. The dessert industry is one with many players. Fortunately for us, our only competition when it comes to any business that specializes in cheesecake is Cheesecake Factory. Greenville, South Carolina does not have any other bakery that specializes in Cheesecake and the market is ripe for us to come in and fill that void. Also, with the addition of the food truck, we would be the only bakery on wheels specializing in cheesecake in our area. We would also be able to create jobs. Through our catering company, First Love Hospitality LLC, we would be able to bring in income in many different ways and even give back to the various communities and offer after school cooking classes for troubled teens who need a trade, children who need structure and even adults who just want to learn something new.

Self Identified Competition
From what I can see, our only direct competition would be Cheesecake Factory. Other bakeries produce cheesecake but many don't specialize in it nor do they offer it all the time. Also, because they do not specialize in it, they have a limited variety such as Reid's Fine Foods in downtown Greenville or Stax omega Diner & Bakery. What makes us different is that we bake all of our own products, create our own recipes and we are also mobile. We also have our catering, at home chef and instructional cooking piece. Also, most of the bakeries I named, You won't be able to get their products in stores. That is one of our main goals to put them in grocery stores and online sites such as Amazon.
