Trahan Bolden LLC | Application Preview
Trahan Bolden LLC is seeking government grants to support the establishment of a physical location for their business ahead of the upcoming tax season, as well as to fund additional training to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
The business plan includes developing smaller business services, such as fingerprinting and training programs for young adults, aiming to prepare them for roles as tax preparers, notaries, or affiliates.
The rationale for funding approval highlights the company's focus on handling often-overlooked tasks for small business owners, including document management and tax preparation services.
The competitive landscape has shifted since the Covid-19 pandemic, with a surge in self-employed notaries and loan signing agents. To stay ahead, Trahan Bolden LLC recognizes the need to continually expand its service offerings in response to competitors enhancing their own services.
The company's competitive edge lies in its dedication to supporting small business owners within the community, positioning itself as a strong advocate for business-to-business (B2B) services amidst significant growth in the sector.

Business Plan
I would like to establish smaller business attributes such as, but not limited to, fingerprinting and training classes for young adults to become affiliates, tax preparers, or notaries. My business focuses on handling the business that small business owners do not like to do. Everything from file retention to tax preparation services.

Self Identified Competition
Since the Covid-19 pandemic families and individuals have had to become more self sufficient and there is now an alarming number of notaries and loan signing agents because it allows you to work for yourself. My competitors are adding more services and in order for me to grow I must always consider expanding my own services. I cater to small business owners in my community. I am definitely an advocate for B2B since the rise in business in numbers has been grand.
