The location we are renting has all we need with the exception of an 8 foot Hood, that will require construction and changes to the building that both owners are in agreement to do so, but will come with a hefty cost.

Business Plan
Calendar year 2022 I will double by income by opening for dine in. Also for the next years I will be heavily involved in the community, helping donating to schools PTO's, Oshkosh Summer fun runs and other events in the community that will allow for growth. I am an absolute hard worker that have a passion for the community I live in, specially for the kids to have an amazing future and want to be able to support this growth thru my business.

Self Identified Competition
There are no Latin cuisine restaurants in Oshkosh, the closest place is Osorio's Latin Fusion in Appleton, 20-25minutes away that serves nothing I serve and no Brazilian cuisine. The Brazilian owned restaurant, with authentic cuisine is different and unique to this area. We also have an average of 45 Brazilian families in the Fox Valley area that are extremely supportive and will me coming for home cooking.
