    Within the next 5 years I plan to grow my business by way of fixing and flipping. For example, if I were to purchase a mobile home for $4,000 invest an additional $2,000 in repairs & remolding cost, I could then sell the newly renovated and improved mobile home for $15,000. Giving me a 150% return on my total investment. My goal is to purchase, repair, and sell 8 to 10 mobile home properties per year making Sanders Standard Homes and extremely profitable business within the next 5 years. Investors should invest in me because I am a woman driven by hard work, planning, proper preparation, and resilience. I've had to work and earn every single accomplishment attained in my life thus far. I've worked & put myself through college, (graduated in 2012), gained financial stability by working at Liberty Mutual Insurance, and purchased my first home earlier this year in June. Nothing has come easy to me, I've had to work extremely hard for all that have, and I don't intend on slacking off or stopping now. There's a need for affordable housing in our great country, and I have the skills needed to make affordable housing attractive and available to families in need. I simply need some financial assistance, outside of my own means & paycheck, to effectively fund my dream.

    I would say my top 3 competitors would be established real estate firms, income based housing, and government housing vouchers. What makes my business different from my competitors is affordability. My customers will have access to more of their hard earned money by reducing their family's highest expense (rent/mortgage). Usually with government housing or housing vouchers there's a waiting list tenants will be put on just to have a home that's affordable. With Sanders Standard Homes these homes will be available, designed with dignity, and most of all be affordable. Lastly, what separates me from the established real estate firms is their sales men mentality. Their focus & attention solely goes to the highest bidder, because the highest bidder can offer a higher commission check. In the world of used mobile homes it's literally the cheapest and most affordable form of home ownership. Giving my home owner's the opportunity to have more money with their same salary is what will separate me from my competitors. Families will possibly be able to afford better healthcare, go on vacations, or even access to better education or schools by lowing their most expensive expense their rent/mortgage.
