PrimPour is seeking government grants to enhance its marketing efforts, improve sales conversions, and pay off existing debt. The funding will support various initiatives, including strengthening their presence at wine, charity, and food events, completing their profile on WayFair.com, and expanding their product line with unique, limited-edition, handmade items. Additionally, they aim to collaborate with local artists for exclusive designs that will benefit local charities. The company also plans to enter the business-to-business market by targeting restaurant and bar chains as well as the promotional gift sector.
PrimPour's products stand out in the market, particularly their bottle drapes and electric wine openers, which offer a distinctive alternative to conventional options like basic cloth napkins. The company emphasizes the lack of competition, presenting a significant opportunity given the widespread consumption of wine and the presence of at-home bars. They believe that expensive restaurants will recognize the value of customizing PrimPour's products as a sophisticated solution to bottle drip, elevating the overall presentation.
The competition includes brands like Williams-Sonoma and various other retailers offering similar products. However, PrimPour's unique selling points lie in its bold, stylish designs that infuse personality into everyday items, making them both attractive and functional. They assert that their offerings address a need that many consumers are not yet aware of, positioning them for substantial growth in an untapped market.

Business Plan
Effective marketing techniques, increasing presence at re-opening wine, charity, and foodie events; completing WayFair.com profile (we have been accepted to sell on their platform); expanding product portfolio with addition of more limited-edition, handmade products; as well as working with local artists on limited-edition designs to raise money for the corresponding city's local charities. We also plan to move into B2B sales with restaurant and bar chains, as well as the promotional gift arena. There are nothing like PrimPour products! Nothing! There is no competition on the market for PrimPour bottle drapes (other than white, cloth napkins tied around bottles), and no electric wine openers available other then boring options. Bar accessories deserve personality as unique as their owners. Expensive bottles of wine deserve more than white cloth napkins to catch bottle drip, and wine openers should be as 'dressed up' as the homes in which they reside. This is an untapped market with SO MUCH potential! Most Americans drink wine and alcohol, and many of these people have at-home bars. Expensive restaurants and bars will see the need to customize PrimPour bottle drapes with their logos as a sleek and attractive answer to bottle drip, vs. tacky cloth napkins ties around bottles. All it takes is that ONE person/influencer to make PrimPour products into the NEED that people don't realize they have yet.

Self Identified Competition
Williams-Sonoma Drip Stop Rings (on Amazon, Etsy) Electrical Wine Openers sold on Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, and Sur La Table) PrimPour Bar Accessories say WOW! They are sexy, unique, limited-edition, and inject personality into normally boring household items that are hidden away instead of displayed for their beauty. PrimPour has uncovered the next big NEED that people just don't realize they have yet.
