Kae Simone Clothing LLC | Application Preview

Kae Simone Clothing LLC is seeking a government grant to establish a storefront and expand its operations. The total funding request amounts to approximately $92,000, allocated for various essentials such as lease costs, marketing, additional storage, inventory, employee wages, and store fixtures.

The funds will cover a $30,000 lease for a storefront, with an additional $2,500 for the first year's lease payment. Marketing efforts will include social media outreach and radio advertisements, totaling $2,500. Extra storage space for inventory will cost $1,200 annually, while an estimated $5,000 is needed for inventory that will include women's clothing, intimates, and accessories. Additionally, the business plans to hire 2-3 staff members at $12.00 per hour, totaling $21,120 for the year. Store decorations and equipment such as shelves and clothing racks will require about $15,180.

The business owner envisions a storefront that will not only feature a wide range of women's clothing but also expand into children's, infant, boys, and men's clothing. By establishing this business, the owner aims to create new job opportunities in Tarrant County and develop a distinct clothing line that offers quality items at competitive prices.

Kae Simone Clothing LLC presents a compelling case for funding, citing strong growth potential driven by innovative marketing strategies and a unique product offering. The owner expresses confidence that sales will soar within six months, highlighting the goal of expanding the business to a global scale. Unlike its main competitors—Drip n Pink boutique, Wildfire and Lace, and Blu Chandelier boutique, all of which lack online sales channels—Kae Simone Clothing already operates an online store and offers a broad selection of clothing for all ages, aiming to outshine the competition.

  • Business Plan

As the owner of Kae Simone Clothing I plan to open a store front with not only women’s clothing but children’s, infant, boys, and men’s Clothing. I plan to create more jobs and opportunities for my community of tarrant county. My company plans on branding our own line of clothing to begin a new look for our customers. Investors should consider Kae Simone Clothing LLC for an investment for many amazing reasons, my company is blooming with only my personal income from my main job as a production worker. I have confidence that in the next 6 months sales will skyrocket with the new ideas and new upcoming marketing strategies for 2022. As money is needed to execute these plans Kae Simone Clothing can one day go global. At Kae Simone Clothing we don’t just want to resale, we want to build a new clothing line, a new way of getting nice quality clothing at a lower cost then other competitors.

  • Self Identified Competition

My top 3 competitors would include Drip n Pink boutique because of the services they include in their business. Wildfire and lace for the fact that we have the same fashion trends and their Ability to meet a variety of customers needs. Blu chandelier boutique because of it elegance which is what Kae Simone Clothing stands for. All of the 3 competitors I’ve named have one thing in common and thats a store front but no online store. I already have a online store, a store front and my own line of clothing more varieties of clothing for children, men, and women will wash out my competition.
